Which USDC network is available?
Current approved Quppy support for EEA users is:

Select USDC and the Ethereum network only when both are shown as available in the current Quppy app. Do not send USDC through Solana or another network until the app explicitly supports it for your account.
What can I do with USDC?
Where enabled, eligible users can:
- hold USDC in the custodial Quppy Crypto wallet;
- receive USDC from a compatible external wallet using the supported network;
- send USDC to a compatible external wallet using the supported network;
- exchange USDC with supported crypto-assets;
- exchange USDC with EUR or GBP for supported pairs.
A general asset status does not guarantee that every action or pair is available in every country. Check the current account selector and quote.
How do I receive USDC safely?
- Open the current USDC receive flow in Quppy.
- Confirm that Ethereum / ERC-20 is shown as supported.
- Copy the current deposit address.
- Select USDC and the Ethereum network on the sending platform.
- Confirm the address and any additional destination information.
- Do not send USDC using Solana, TRON or another network unless Quppy explicitly supports it.
- Track the transaction hash and Quppy status.
Using a different network can result in permanent loss or an uncredited deposit.
How is USDC different from USDT?
USDC and USDT are different crypto-assets issued by different entities and can have different regulatory, provider, network and risk treatment.
In the current Quppy configuration:
- USDC on Ethereum can be available to eligible EEA users;
- USDT is not available through Quppy to users in the EEA;
- USDC on Solana is coming soon;
- USDT on Solana is coming soon outside the EEA only.
Do not treat USDC as an automatic substitute for USDT without considering issuer, liquidity, terms, risks and supported use.
Why is USDT unavailable in the EEA?
Does USDC always equal one US dollar?
USDC is designed to track the value of the US dollar, but Quppy does not guarantee that its market price, redemption value or exchange rate will always equal exactly one USD.
Crypto-assets and stablecoins can be affected by issuer, reserve, liquidity, market, regulatory, technology and operational risks. The rate and estimated result shown before an exchange apply to that operation.
Is USDC protected like money in a bank account?
No. USDC held through a custodial crypto service is a crypto-asset, not a fiat bank deposit offered by Quppy.
Do not describe it as:
- government guaranteed;
- deposit insured;
- risk-free digital cash;
- equivalent to a central-bank balance;
- guaranteed redeemable by Quppy at one USD.
The applicable provider terms and risk disclosures govern the service.
Who provides USDC services in the EEA?
Applicable custody, exchange and crypto-transfer services available through Quppy to eligible EEA users are provided by Payhound Limited within the user’s approved service configuration.
Payhound’s public stablecoin matrix identifies USDC as EU/EEA-inclusive and USDT as excluded for EU/EEA clients. Quppy remains the technology and connected user-experience layer and is not the holder of Payhound’s MiCA authorisation.
When will USDC on Solana be available?
Quppy has not published a confirmed launch date. USDC on Solana remains coming soon until the supported countries, provider configuration, transfer and exchange functions, limits, costs and effective date are approved.
Do not send USDC on Solana to a Quppy address before the current app explicitly shows that network as supported.
