Why is every Quppy Business application reviewed individually?

Every Quppy Business application is reviewed individually because the legal, ownership, jurisdictional and payment risks of each company are different. The review determines whether the company can be supported and, if approved, which currencies, rails, identifiers, limits, pricing and services can be included. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Why a standard checklist is not enough

Two companies in the same industry can have different owners, jurisdictions, counterparties, websites, transaction values, settlement sources and regulatory obligations. A provider must assess the actual facts rather than rely only on a category label.

Which factors can affect the decision?

Factors can include:

  • entity type and legal structure;
  • directors and beneficial owners;
  • company, customer and counterparty countries;
  • products and services;
  • licences and regulatory status;
  • expected payment corridors;
  • transaction volume and value;
  • source of funds and source of wealth;
  • acquiring or marketplace relationships;
  • chargeback and refund patterns;
  • complexity of ownership or group structure;
  • availability and risk appetite of underlying providers.

What outcomes are possible?

An application can result in:

  • approval for the requested configuration;
  • approval with fewer currencies, rails or lower limits;
  • a request for additional information;
  • a revised commercial offer;
  • a requirement to change the proposed payment flow;
  • a decline.

A willingness to review a company does not mean that the application will be approved.

Why can similar companies receive different offers?

The offers can differ because the underlying facts differ. For example, one merchant may have established acquiring relationships and transparent settlement statements, while another has a new website, a complex ownership chain or counterparties in unsupported markets.

Does the review end after onboarding?

Not necessarily. Providers can perform ongoing monitoring and request updated information when ownership, activity, volumes, countries or counterparties change. A previously approved service can be restricted, reconfigured or discontinued if the underlying conditions change.

How can I reduce avoidable delays?

Provide complete and consistent information, explain the commercial purpose of each payment flow and notify Quppy before making material changes to the approved profile.

FAQ

Does individual review mean the decision is subjective?

The review is based on the company’s facts, applicable law, provider policies and payment-network requirements.

Can Quppy approve only part of my request?

Yes. An offer can include only the currencies, rails, limits or services that are approved.

Why was I asked for more information?

Additional information may be needed to understand ownership, business activity, counterparties, source of funds or the proposed payment flow.

Can the final price differ between companies?

Yes. Pricing can depend on the company profile, jurisdictions, volumes, requested services and compliance complexity.

Does a decline mean the business is unlawful?

Not necessarily. A company can be declined because the activity, jurisdiction or service request is outside a provider’s supported scope or risk appetite.

Can an approved account be reviewed again?

Yes. Material changes or unusual activity can trigger an updated review.

Can I appeal or reapply?

The available process depends on the reason and the applicable provider policy. Use the official Business contact channel for guidance.

How does Quppy Business onboarding work?

Quppy Business onboarding is completed online and normally includes a company application, corporate documents, verification of directors and beneficial owners, evidence of business activity and a compliance review. Approved companies receive an individual offer describing the currencies, account details, payment rails, limits, pricing, permitted use, providers and terms available to them. The timeline depends on the company and completeness of the information.
