Which terms apply to me?

You may be bound by more than one set of terms when using Quppy. Quppy Terms govern the software and Quppy relationship, while the terms of the applicable payment or crypto provider govern the regulated service that provider performs.

Current document structure

Quppy Terms

Quppy Terms govern matters such as:

  • use of the Quppy software and website;
  • account access and user responsibilities;
  • Quppy support and notices;
  • acceptable use;
  • intellectual property;
  • the relationship between Quppy and the user.

Payment-provider terms

Current Quppy Terms link to 2PAYAPP LIMITED terms for euro-based SEPA processing. Additional provider terms may apply to account details, GBP services, payment rails, business configurations or future products.

Crypto-provider terms

Current Quppy Terms link to Payhound terms for applicable crypto exchange and wallet services. EEA users may also enter into a provider agreement or activation terms covering custody, exchange and crypto transfers.

Product-specific policies

Additional documents may include:

  • fee schedules;
  • risk disclosures;
  • privacy notices;
  • complaints procedures;
  • card terms when cards launch;
  • referral terms when an updated referral programme is published;
  • business customer offers and account configurations.

Which document takes priority?

The applicable signed or accepted customer agreement normally takes priority over a general explanatory article. Provider terms govern the provider’s service. Quppy Trust Center articles explain the model but do not replace contractual documents.

Fees, rates and limits

Quppy fees and limits

Quppy publishes fees and limits by service, operation, country, provider and account configuration. All currently supported fiat transfers in EUR and GBP carry no Quppy transfer fee. Currency exchange, crypto exchange, external blockchain transfers, Business services and third-party payment routes can have separate costs. The final rate, applicable costs and account-specific limits are shown in Quppy, the Business dashboard or the applicable commercial offer before confirmation.

Quppy and service providers

Is Quppy a bank?

No. Quppy is a technology and software provider, not a bank or financial institution. Quppy does not use the term “bank account” to describe its own legal status, and it does not claim to hold a banking licence.

Quppy and service providers

What is Quppy?

Quppy is a technology and software platform that connects everyday money services with digital assets through one user experience. Depending on your country, eligibility and account type, Quppy can provide access to personal or business payment services, supported fiat currencies, payment rails and separate custodial crypto services.
