  • Quppy cards;
  • services in every country;

The Trust Center should display:

  • the legal name;

  • last reviewed date.

Any material change to the provider’s authorisation must update the page, product copy, country pages and structured data.

Regulation and MiCA

Are Quppy crypto services MiCA-compliant in the EEA?

Applicable custody, crypto-exchange and crypto-transfer services available through Quppy to eligible users in the EEA are provided by Payhound Limited, a Malta-based Crypto-Asset Service Provider authorised under MiCA by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Regulation and MiCA

Is Quppy itself authorised under MiCA?

No. Quppy is not presented as the holder of Payhound Limited’s MiCA authorisation. Quppy provides the software, brand interface and connected customer experience. Payhound Limited provides applicable regulated custody, exchange and crypto-transfer services in the EEA within its own authorised scope.

Verification and compliance

Why can a Quppy transaction be delayed or rejected?

A Quppy transaction can be delayed, placed under review, returned or rejected because of payment-route rules, blockchain confirmations, incorrect details, security controls, transaction limits, provider availability, sanctions or AML/CFT checks, Travel Rule information, source-of-funds questions, or a technical incident. A pending or rejected status does not identify one specific cause, and Quppy may be legally unable to disclose every internal risk indicator.
