What is Quppy Business Crypto Exchange?

Quppy Business Crypto Exchange is a separate corporate service designed for eligible legal entities to exchange supported fiat currencies and digital assets. The intended model connects an approved Quppy Business payment configuration with the applicable crypto-service provider for fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat operations. The assets, networks, currencies, provider, custody or settlement model, fees, limits and jurisdictions available to a company are confirmed during the separate approval process.

What can the service be used for?

Where approved, a company may be able to:

  • exchange an approved fiat balance for a supported digital asset;
  • convert a supported digital asset into an approved fiat balance;
  • review the rate, estimated result and transaction details before confirmation;
  • manage the operation through the Quppy Business dashboard;
  • retain records for corporate reconciliation and audit purposes.

The service is not a trading recommendation, investment-management service or tax solution.

What must be approved before use?

The corporate configuration must define:

  • eligible legal entity and jurisdictions;
  • contracting crypto-service provider;
  • custody or settlement model;
  • supported fiat currencies;
  • supported crypto-assets and blockchain networks;
  • exchange directions and pairs;
  • external-wallet permissions, if any;
  • minimums, maximums and limits;
  • rate and pricing model;
  • source-of-funds and source-of-wealth requirements;
  • applicable risk disclosures and terms.

How does a corporate exchange normally work?

  1. The company completes Business onboarding.
  2. The company requests corporate crypto access.
  3. Additional KYB, source-of-funds and provider checks are completed.
  4. The approved asset, currency and amount are selected.
  5. Quppy displays or communicates the applicable quote and transaction details.
  6. The authorised company user reviews and confirms the operation.
  7. The provider executes and settles the transaction according to the approved configuration.

Exact screen names and steps may differ. Follow the instructions shown in the current Quppy Business dashboard and provider documentation.

Who provides the regulated crypto service?

The applicable legal entity must be identified in the corporate agreement and provider card. Payhound’s public terms allow services to legal persons, but this does not by itself prove that Payhound is the provider for every Quppy Business customer or jurisdiction.

The provider and any applicable regulatory status can differ by jurisdiction. Use the provider information shown in the company’s corporate agreement and service configuration.

What rates and costs apply?

The rate, estimated amount and applicable costs should be shown before confirmation. Quppy does not make a general promise of a “best rate”, zero spread, zero fees or a fixed quote duration unless those terms are expressly shown for the transaction.

Review the current corporate pricing or quote terms provided for your account before confirming an operation.

What risks should a company consider?

Digital assets can lose value and create operational, liquidity, counterparty, network, compliance, accounting and tax risks. The service does not provide investment, legal or tax advice. A company should use authorised users, internal approval controls and its own professional advisers.
