Can I add or withdraw money using a bank card?

No. Quppy does not currently support adding fiat money by Visa or Mastercard or withdrawing fiat money to a bank card. Use only the bank-transfer routes and account instructions currently available for your Quppy account. Bank-card funding and bank-card withdrawals are separate from the upcoming Quppy Card product.

Which card operations are unavailable?

Quppy currently does not provide:

  • card-to-IBAN funding through Visa;
  • card-to-IBAN funding through Mastercard;
  • cash-out or payout from a fiat balance to a Visa card;
  • cash-out or payout from a fiat balance to a Mastercard card;
  • card funding of a crypto purchase;
  • withdrawal of crypto proceeds directly to a bank card.

A card form, old screenshot or legacy Help Center article is not evidence that the function is currently active.

How can I add or move fiat money instead?

Use the bank-transfer routes enabled for your account. Current Quppy Personal routes can include:

CurrencySupported routes
EURSEPA Standard; SEPA Instant
GBPFaster Payments; CHAPS where enabled

Availability, incoming/outgoing direction, beneficiary details and limits depend on the account configuration. Incoming GBP payments are not currently available.

Is this the same as the upcoming Quppy Card?

No. Bank-card funding or payout describes moving money through a third-party Visa or Mastercard issued by a bank or card provider.

The upcoming Quppy Card is a separate product. Its issuer, scheme, card type, supported currencies, countries, fees and launch date must be published before applications open.

The existence of a coming-soon card product does not make card funding or card withdrawal available today.

What should I do if I see an old card-funding guide?

Do not follow a legacy guide until the current app confirms that the function is active.

Quppy’s previous public Help Center included instructions for topping up a Personal IBAN with Visa or Mastercard. Those instructions conflict with the current approved product status and must be updated, archived or redirected.

If a page, search result or cached screenshot claims that card funding is available:

  1. Check the current Quppy app.
  2. Check this Help Center article’s Last reviewed date.
  3. Do not enter card details on an unverified page.
  4. Contact Quppy Support if the information conflicts.

What if I already initiated a card operation?

If a card payment was attempted through a legacy or third-party flow:

  • review the card issuer’s transaction status;
  • preserve the merchant name, amount, date and authorisation status;
  • do not repeat the transaction until its status is clear;
  • contact the card issuer for a pending or reversed authorisation;
  • contact Quppy Support through an approved channel if Quppy appears in the transaction description.

Quppy cannot promise that a card authorisation will be captured, reversed or released within a fixed time because the card issuer and payment processor can control parts of that process.

How will card availability be announced?

Any future launch must identify:

  • whether the feature is card funding, card withdrawal or a Quppy-issued card;
  • supported countries;
  • card schemes and issuer;
  • eligible currencies;
  • costs and limits;
  • verification requirements;
  • effective date and applicable terms.

Until those facts are approved, the status remains unavailable or coming soon as stated in the current product information.
