What does “Coming soon” mean?

“Coming soon” means that a service is on Quppy’s product roadmap but is not yet available for normal use.

It does not mean that:

  • every country will receive the service;
  • every existing user will be eligible;
  • a launch date is guaranteed;
  • the final provider, price or limits are approved;
  • the final functionality will match an early description;
  • an application, waitlist or pre-order is open.

A service becomes “Available” only after Quppy publishes the approved product scope and enables it for eligible users.

Local European IBANs

Quppy plans additional country-specific European IBAN options for selected markets.

Before launch, Quppy must confirm:

  • supported countries;
  • whether the identifier is country-coded and dedicated;
  • account provider and legal entity;
  • supported currencies;
  • incoming and outgoing payment directions;
  • salary, direct-debit or other permitted use, if any;
  • fees, limits and eligibility.

Until then, do not claim that a German, French, Spanish or other local IBAN is available.

Local payment methods

Quppy plans country-specific ways to add or move fiat money in selected markets.

The roadmap does not yet confirm specific methods, providers or countries. Do not infer support for open banking, mobile money, PIX, UPI, SPEI, ACH, cash networks or another local rail until it is listed as available for the user’s country.

USD functionality

USD support is planned for the Quppy multicurrency experience. The first release may include one or more of the following, but the scope is not yet confirmed:

  • USD balance;
  • EUR↔USD or GBP↔USD exchange;
  • USD↔crypto exchange;
  • incoming or outgoing USD payments;
  • local US account details;
  • ACH or SWIFT access.

The Help Center must not promise any of these individual functions until Product and Legal approve them.

Quppy cards

Quppy cards are planned for eligible users in selected markets.

Before applications or pre-orders are promoted, Quppy must publish:

  • issuer;
  • card scheme;
  • physical, virtual or both;
  • supported countries;
  • supported currencies;
  • funding and settlement model;
  • fees and limits;
  • eligibility and verification;
  • risk and complaints information.

The coming-soon Quppy Card is separate from bank-card funding or withdrawal, which are not currently available.

Solana support in Quppy Crypto

The following crypto functions are planned:

Asset or networkStatusRegional note
SOL on SolanaComing soonLaunch markets to be confirmed
USDC on SolanaComing soonLaunch markets to be confirmed
USDT on SolanaComing soonOutside EEA only

Solana support belongs to Quppy Crypto rather than the fiat IBAN product. Do not show these assets or networks as live in selectors, rate tools or structured data before launch.

How will Quppy announce a launch?

A launch announcement should include:

  1. effective date;
  2. eligible countries and customer type;
  3. provider and applicable terms;
  4. exact service status;
  5. supported currencies, assets or networks;
  6. fees and limits;
  7. onboarding or activation steps;
  8. Help Center and availability-page updates.

Marketing announcements must not precede the operational, Legal, Support and CMS updates needed to answer customer questions accurately.

Explanatory note

This article explains the current Quppy product configuration. The applicable Quppy and service-provider terms, country eligibility rules and information shown in the app prevail if they differ from this article.

Accounts and transfers

What is Quppy Personal?

Quppy Personal is the individual account experience within Quppy. Eligible users can manage EUR and GBP through a crypto-friendly multicurrency IBAN, use supported European and UK payment routes and access separate crypto wallet, exchange and risk-checking services through the wider Quppy app. Availability depends on country, provider and eligibility.

Accounts and transfers

Can I add or withdraw money using a bank card?

No. Quppy does not currently support adding fiat money by Visa or Mastercard or withdrawing fiat money to a bank card. Use only the bank-transfer routes and account instructions currently available for your Quppy account. Bank-card funding and bank-card withdrawals are separate from the upcoming Quppy Card product.

Crypto wallet and transfers

Which crypto-assets and networks does Quppy support?

Quppy currently supports BTC on Bitcoin, ETH and USDC on Ethereum, and TRX on TRON. USDT on Ethereum and TRON is available only outside the EEA, subject to country and provider eligibility. SOL, USDC on Solana and USDT on Solana outside the EEA are coming soon.

Availability by region

Is USDC available through Quppy in the EEA?

Yes. USDC on the Ethereum network can be available through Quppy to eligible users in the EEA, subject to country, provider and account configuration. USDC on Solana is coming soon. USDC is a separate crypto-asset from USDT, has its own issuer and risks, and is not a bank deposit or a government-guaranteed balance.

Availability by region

Why is USDT unavailable through Quppy in the EEA?

USDT is not available through Quppy to users whose crypto services are provided under the European Economic Area regulatory framework. Quppy’s EEA crypto-service provider, Payhound Limited, excludes USDT from its EU/EEA service catalogue as part of its MiCA-compliant stablecoin policy. This is a Quppy service-availability restriction. It does not mean that simply owning USDT is generally illegal throughout the EEA.
