What does “free transfer” mean?

For currently supported EUR and GBP fiat transfers, Quppy does not add a Quppy transfer fee. The claim applies only to the transfer fee charged by Quppy for an enabled fiat route. It does not mean that every operation inside Quppy is free.

Quppy fiat-transfer fee: €0 / £0

Important:

Do not present this claim as “everything is free,” “zero fees on Quppy” or “free exchange.” The fee treatment for a transfer and the cost of converting currencies or crypto are different.

Which other costs can still apply?

Currency exchange

Exchanging EUR into GBP or GBP into EUR is a separate operation. The applicable rate, exchange cost and amount received must be shown before confirmation.

Crypto exchange

Buying, selling or exchanging crypto is provided as a separate service. Its rate, costs, limits and provider terms are not included in the free-fiat-transfer claim.

Blockchain network costs

Sending crypto to an external wallet can require a network cost. This is not a fiat transfer and is not covered by the €0 / £0 Quppy fiat-transfer fee.

Third-party costs

A receiving institution, intermediary, correspondent or other third party may apply its own cost in situations where such a party is involved. Quppy must disclose known costs and limitations before confirmation, but some third-party deductions can remain outside Quppy’s direct control.

Why might the beneficiary receive a different amount?

For a straightforward supported domestic or SEPA transfer, the expected amount should be shown before confirmation. A difference can arise if the operation also involves currency exchange, a third-party deduction, a returned or amended payment, or another service outside the Quppy transfer fee.

Note:

This article does not create a guarantee that no external institution can ever charge or deduct an amount. The specific transaction details shown before confirmation and the applicable provider terms prevail.

Are incoming and outgoing transfers both free?

The €0 / £0 Quppy fee applies to all fiat transfer directions that are currently supported for the user’s account. The exact incoming and outgoing matrix is determined by currency, route, country and provider configuration.

Important:

Incoming GBP transfers are not currently available. Do not interpret the free-transfer claim as confirmation that incoming GBP is enabled.

How can I check the cost before sending?

  1. Open the relevant EUR or GBP transfer flow in Quppy.
  2. Enter the beneficiary and transfer details.
  3. Review the selected or available payment route.
  4. Check the Quppy transfer fee, any other disclosed cost, the amount and the expected status.
  5. Confirm only after the transaction summary matches your intention.

Note:

Exact interface labels are published only after the current UI path is approved. The transaction summary displayed in Quppy is the operational source of truth.

How will fee changes be communicated?

If Quppy changes the fiat-transfer fee or introduces a new cost, the public fee record, Help Center article, product interface and applicable terms must be updated with an effective date. Historical or superseded claims must not remain live without clear versioning.

The page should show a visible Last reviewed date and link to the current fees and limits page when approved.
