Free EUR and GBP transfers means no Quppy fiat-transfer fee on currently supported transfer operations. It does not mean that every Quppy service is free.
Personal fiat-transfer fees
Quppy currently charges no Quppy transfer fee for supported Personal fiat transfers in EUR and GBP.
| Payment route | Currency | Quppy transfer fee | Important condition |
|---|
| SEPA Standard | EUR | €0 | Applies to supported operations enabled for the account |
| SEPA Instant | EUR | €0 | Applies when the instant route and transaction are eligible |
| Faster Payments | GBP | £0 | Applies to supported operations; incoming GBP is not currently available |
| CHAPS | GBP | £0 | Applies to supported operations; cut-off rules and limits can apply |
The payment route, direction, provider and limit available to a user can depend on the country, account configuration and transaction details.
What the free-transfer claim does not include
The €0 / £0 Quppy fiat-transfer fee does not automatically include:
- EUR ↔ GBP currency exchange;
- fiat-to-crypto exchange;
- crypto-to-fiat exchange;
- crypto-to-crypto exchange;
- blockchain network costs;
- third-party, intermediary or correspondent charges;
- returned-payment, investigation or amendment costs where applicable;
- Business pricing.
Incoming GBP
Incoming GBP transfers are not currently available. The presence of Faster Payments or CHAPS functionality does not mean that every incoming and outgoing direction is enabled.
EUR and GBP exchange
EUR → GBP and GBP → EUR exchange are available to eligible users as a separate operation from a fiat transfer.
Before confirmation, the exchange view should show:
- the currency and amount being exchanged;
- the currency and estimated amount to be received;
- the applicable exchange rate;
- any fee, spread or other cost applied to the operation;
- the current quote status or validity where applicable.
Quppy does not publish one universal numeric fiat-exchange fee or spread on this page. The current in-product quote and applicable terms prevail.
Personal crypto exchange costs and limits
Quppy Crypto supports eligible fiat-to-crypto, crypto-to-fiat and crypto-to-crypto operations for supported pairs. Crypto pricing is separate from the free Personal fiat-transfer claim.
Before a crypto exchange is confirmed, the user should see:
| Quote field | What it explains |
|---|
| You exchange | Asset or fiat currency and amount deducted |
| You receive | Estimated asset or fiat currency and amount credited |
| Exchange rate | Rate used to calculate the result |
| Applicable costs | Any fee, spread, markup or other disclosed cost |
| Quote validity | Whether the current quote can still be confirmed, where applicable |
| Provider | Entity providing the exchange service |
| Limit position | Whether the amount is within the applicable minimum, maximum or account limit |
Quppy does not currently publish one universal numeric crypto-exchange fee, spread or transaction limit. Values can depend on the pair, amount, country, provider, account configuration, liquidity and current service availability.
External crypto-transfer costs
Sending crypto to an external wallet can require a blockchain network cost. Network costs:
- are separate from Personal fiat-transfer fees;
- can differ by asset and network;
- can change with network conditions and provider policy;
- should be shown before an external transfer is confirmed where applicable.
A sending platform can also deduct its own network or service cost when crypto is sent into Quppy.
Regional availability affects applicable fees and limits
A fee or limit applies only to a service, asset, network and direction that is currently available for the account.
Examples:
- USDT is not available through Quppy to users in the EEA;
- USDC on Ethereum is available in the EEA where supported;
- SOL and additional Solana-network support are coming soon;
- supported pairs and networks can differ outside the EEA.
Check the current asset and network status before relying on any quote or limit.
Quppy Business pricing and limits
Quppy Business pricing is not represented by one universal public tariff.
Final pricing and limits depend on factors that can include:
- company profile and industry;
- ownership structure;
- country of incorporation and operating jurisdictions;
- expected monthly volume;
- average and maximum transaction value;
- required currencies and payment corridors;
- merchant-settlement activity;
- number and type of account identifiers;
- compliance complexity;
- requested transaction limits;
- enabled payment and crypto services.
Approved companies receive an individual commercial offer and current pricing schedule describing the services available to them.
Business payment-account costs
Depending on the approved configuration, Business costs can include:
- account opening or maintenance;
- incoming and outgoing payments;
- currency exchange;
- SWIFT payments;
- virtual IBANs or additional account identifiers;
- payment investigations, amendments or returns;
- additional services;
- third-party or intermediary costs.
For SWIFT payments, the applicable charge option and the possibility of intermediary or correspondent deductions should be explained where relevant.
Business crypto pricing
Corporate crypto exchange requires separate approval from the Business payment account.
A corporate crypto quote should show:
- exchange rate;
- service fee;
- spread or markup disclosure;
- network or settlement cost where applicable;
- estimated amount to be received;
- minimum and maximum amount;
- daily or monthly limit where applicable;
- quote validity;
- provider.
The final fee schedule and limits are stated in the approved company offer and dashboard.
What kinds of limits can apply?
A limit can apply to a specific service rather than to the whole Quppy account.
| Limit type | Example of what it controls |
|---|
| Minimum transaction amount | Smallest supported exchange or transfer |
| Maximum transaction amount | Largest amount allowed for one operation |
| Daily limit | Total activity allowed within a day |
| Monthly limit | Total activity allowed within a month |
| Direction limit | Incoming, outgoing, buy, sell or withdrawal capability |
| Route limit | Amount permitted through a payment rail |
| Asset or network limit | Amount permitted for a crypto-asset or blockchain network |
| Account limit | Limit based on verification, eligibility or provider configuration |
| Liquidity limit | Amount available for a particular exchange pair |
| Business offer limit | Company-specific amount approved during onboarding |
Available does not mean unlimited. A service can be live while transaction values, directions or frequencies remain limited.
Where do I see the value that applies to me?
Use the source that corresponds to the operation:
- Transaction or exchange confirmation screen — current rate, expected amount, applicable cost and operation-specific limit.
- Quppy account or Business dashboard — available balances, enabled services and account limits.
- Business commercial offer and pricing schedule — company-specific fees, limits and permitted use.
- Country and service availability pages — provider, regional status, supported currency, asset, rail or network.
- Applicable Quppy and provider terms — contractual fee and limit rules.
- This page — current public overview and effective-date history.
A cached search result, old screenshot or third-party post should not be treated as the current price or limit.
How should I read a quote?
Before confirming, check:
- the direction of the operation;
- the currency or asset you pay;
- the currency or asset you receive;
- the exact amount;
- the exchange rate;
- separately shown fees;
- whether a spread or markup is reflected in the rate;
- any network or third-party cost;
- minimum, maximum, daily or monthly limit;
- provider;
- quote-validity time where shown.
Stop before confirming if the result, provider or cost is unclear.
Can fees and limits change?
Yes. Fees and limits can change because of product, provider, payment-rail, blockchain-network, liquidity, regulatory, risk or commercial requirements.
A material update should include:
- the old and new value;
- effective date;
- affected service, country, currency, asset, route or customer type;
- updated terms or pricing schedule;
- visible Last reviewed date.
A future fee should not replace a current fee before its effective date. Superseded public values should remain versioned or clearly archived where required.
