Quppy and service providers

Understand the difference between Quppy as a technology provider and the legal entities that provide regulated payment, custody, exchange and transfer services. Use these articles to identify the provider, contracting entity and terms that apply to your account.

Is Quppy a bank?

No. Quppy is a technology and software provider, not a bank or financial institution. Quppy does not use the term “bank account” to describe its own legal status, and it does not claim to hold a banking licence.

What is Quppy?

Quppy is a technology and software platform that connects everyday money services with digital assets through one user experience. Depending on your country, eligibility and account type, Quppy can provide access to personal or business payment services, supported fiat currencies, payment rails and separate custodial crypto services.

Which terms apply to me?

You may be bound by more than one set of terms when using Quppy. Quppy Terms govern the software and Quppy relationship, while the terms of the applicable payment or crypto provider govern the regulated service that provider performs.
