Important:

Always distinguish the crypto-asset from the blockchain network. Sending the correct asset on the wrong or unsupported network can result in permanent loss.

What is the difference between an asset and a network?

A crypto-asset is the token or coin you hold or transfer, such as BTC, ETH, TRX, USDC or USDT. A blockchain network is the technical rail used to move that asset. Some assets exist on more than one network, and the sending and receiving sides must use the same supported network.

Which operations are available?

For supported assets, eligible users can use the custodial Quppy Crypto experience to hold crypto, receive from compatible external wallets, send to compatible external wallets, exchange supported crypto-assets and move between supported crypto and EUR or GBP.

Important:

Do not interpret the asset list as confirmation that every asset can be exchanged against every other asset or fiat currency. Pair availability depends on country, provider, liquidity and account configuration.

Why is USDT unavailable in the EEA?

USDT is not available through Quppy to users under an EEA crypto-service configuration. Quppy’s EEA provider, Payhound Limited, excludes USDT from its EU/EEA stablecoin service catalogue.

This is a Quppy service-availability restriction. It must not be described as a universal statement that simply owning USDT is illegal throughout Europe.

Which Solana services are coming soon?

  • SOL on the Solana network.
  • USDC on the Solana network.
  • USDT on the Solana network outside the EEA only.

Launch countries, providers, deposit and withdrawal availability, exchange pairs, costs and limits must be confirmed before the status changes from Coming soon to Available.

Important:

Do not send SOL or a Solana-network token to Quppy until the current app explicitly shows the asset and Solana network as available for the account.

How do I choose the correct network?

  1. Choose the asset in Quppy.
  2. Check which network is currently shown as available for your account.
  3. Select exactly the same asset and network on the external sending or receiving platform.
  4. Verify the destination address and any memo, tag or reference displayed.
  5. Review the transaction before confirming.

Note:

Network names, token standards and available options must be taken from the current Quppy flow. Do not rely on an old screenshot, old address or third-party article.

Can asset availability differ by country?

Yes. Asset and network availability can differ because of regulation, provider coverage, product configuration, sanctions, onboarding eligibility, maintenance or risk controls.

A country page should show service + asset + network + operation + provider + status + last reviewed date. A single global “crypto available” status is not sufficient.

What if an asset disappears from the app?

An asset can be unavailable because of regional restrictions, a provider change, maintenance, a product decision or an account-specific limitation. Do not send new funds using an old deposit address unless the current app confirms support.

If you already have a balance or a pending transaction, follow the current in-app instructions and contact Quppy Support. Any migration or withdrawal window must be published separately when applicable.
