How do I check which Quppy services are available in my country?

Use the Quppy availability directory, select your verified country of residence and customer type, and review each service separately. Check the provider, currency or crypto-asset, blockchain network or payment rail, incoming or outgoing direction, current status, limitations and Last reviewed date. Then confirm the same status in the Quppy app before opening an account, sending a payment or transferring crypto.

Step 1 — Select the correct country

Choose the country where you are verified as resident for the service.

Do not select a country only because:

  • you are a citizen there;
  • your phone or app store is registered there;
  • you are travelling there;
  • you use a VPN or foreign IP address;
  • you have a bank account there.

Citizenship can matter in some legal checks, but it is not always the same as residence or service configuration.

Step 2 — Choose Personal or Business

Personal and Business services have different eligibility, providers and product features.

Personal

Check:

  • multicurrency IBAN;
  • EUR and GBP;
  • payment routes and directions;
  • crypto wallet and exchange;
  • assets and networks;
  • card status;
  • local IBAN and local-method roadmap.

Business

Check:

  • whether applications are accepted;
  • currencies and payment rails;
  • account identifiers;
  • merchant-settlement use cases;
  • virtual IBAN eligibility;
  • corporate crypto eligibility.

Business application submission never guarantees approval.

Step 3 — Check the exact service

Do not stop at a general country label.

For fiat, check:

  • currency;
  • account details;
  • incoming/outgoing direction;
  • payment rail;
  • provider;
  • fee and limits when approved.

For crypto, check:

  • asset;
  • network;
  • receive/send/hold/exchange capability;
  • regional restriction;
  • provider;
  • custody and exchange status.

For a card, check:

  • live versus Coming soon;
  • issuer;
  • card type;
  • supported countries;
  • application status.

A service that is absent from the current list should not be treated as available.

Step 4 — Read the status and limitation

Possible statuses:

  • Available;
  • Limited;
  • Coming soon;
  • Temporarily paused;
  • Unavailable;
  • Not applicable.

Read any accompanying limitation. For example:

  • “Available” can still mean subject to verification and limits.
  • “Limited” can mean one direction or network is unavailable.
  • “Coming soon” does not mean a confirmed launch date.
  • “Temporarily paused” means do not initiate the affected operation.

Step 5 — Verify the provider

For regulated services, check:

  • provider legal name;
  • role;
  • regulator;
  • authorisation or registration where relevant;
  • terms;
  • complaints route;
  • last reviewed date.

Quppy should not attribute a provider’s licence to the Quppy brand.

Step 6 — Confirm in the app before acting

Website and Help Center content can be read before onboarding, but the current account configuration determines what you can actually use.

Before a transaction:

  • confirm that the service is visible;
  • confirm the asset and network;
  • confirm the payment direction;
  • review the rate, fee or cost shown;
  • check that no pause or review notice is displayed;
  • follow the current provider terms.

Do not send crypto to an old address merely because it was displayed in the past.

What if the website and app disagree?

  1. Do not start the operation.
  2. Capture the relevant page, status and date.
  3. Check whether the website’s Last reviewed date is older.
  4. Review service-status notices.
  5. Contact Quppy Support through an official channel.
  6. Follow the current in-app restriction until the discrepancy is resolved.

Report conflicting content so it can be corrected.

What information should a country page show?

A useful country page should show a structured matrix:

FieldExample
Customer typePersonal
ServiceQuppy Crypto
ProviderPayhound Limited for applicable EEA service
AssetUSDC
NetworkEthereum
CapabilityHold / receive / send / exchange
StatusAvailable
LimitationSubject to eligibility
Effective date
Last reviewed2026-08-21

This structure is more reliable than a single “Quppy is available” sentence.

Which current limitations should I recognise?

Based on the approved product model:

  • incoming GBP transfers are not currently available;
  • bank-card funding and withdrawals to bank cards are not currently available;
  • USDT is unavailable through Quppy in the EEA;
  • local European IBANs, local payment methods, USD, Solana services and Quppy cards are Coming soon.

Country pages must not present these items as live unless the source-of-truth status is formally updated.

FAQ

Should I select my citizenship or residence?

Start with your verified country of residence. Citizenship can also matter where the provider or law requires it.

Can the app automatically choose my country from IP?

IP can be used as a convenience, but it cannot replace verified residence or a manual country selector.

Does an App Store listing mean Quppy services are available?

No. Software distribution and regulated-service availability are separate.

Should I check each crypto network?

Yes. Asset support does not prove that every blockchain network is supported.

How recent should availability information be?

Each page should show a real Last reviewed date and be updated when the product, provider or law changes.

What if a service says Limited?

Read the specific limitation, such as direction, network, amount, provider or customer-type restriction.

Can Support override a country restriction?

Support cannot override law, sanctions or provider eligibility requirements.

Explanatory note

This article explains the current Quppy product and compliance configuration. The applicable Quppy and service-provider terms, country eligibility rules, privacy notices and information shown in the app prevail if they differ from this article.

Availability and eligibility

Where is Quppy available?

Quppy is available to eligible users in supported markets worldwide, except sanctioned or otherwise restricted jurisdictions and markets where a service cannot be provided under applicable law or provider requirements. Availability is configured locally: the app, EUR or GBP account features, payment routes, crypto-assets, networks, Business services and future cards can each have a different status in the same country.

Availability and eligibility

Why do Quppy services differ by country?

Quppy services differ by country because the underlying fiat, payment, crypto and future card services can be provided by different legal entities under different regulatory permissions, payment-rail rules, asset restrictions and commercial configurations. Product rollout and individual eligibility also vary. As a result, two users can use the same Quppy app but see different currencies, account details, payment directions, crypto-assets, networks, limits or providers.

Availability and eligibility

What do Quppy service-availability statuses mean?

Quppy uses service statuses to distinguish what can be used now from what is restricted, planned, paused or unavailable. “Available” means the service is live for eligible users under the stated conditions; it does not guarantee approval. “Limited” means only part of the service is available. “Coming soon” is a roadmap status, not a launch promise. “Temporarily paused”, “Unavailable” and “Not applicable” each have different operational meanings.

Availability and eligibility

Why can the Quppy app be available when an IBAN, crypto-asset or card is not?

The Quppy app is software, while an IBAN, payment route, custodial crypto service, crypto-asset, blockchain network or card is a separate product that can depend on a regulated provider, country, customer type and eligibility decision. An app-store listing therefore means the software can be downloaded; it does not guarantee that every service is live, approved or available for that account.
