What is Quppy Business?
Quppy Business is a business payment platform for eligible companies that need to receive, hold, exchange and send EUR, GBP and USD. Depending on the approved account configuration, customers may access SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, SWIFT and ACH, dedicated or virtual account identifiers, fiat currency exchange and settlement payouts from acquiring banks, payment service providers and platforms.
A Quppy business payment account is not a deposit-taking bank account. Quppy provides the connected brand experience and technology, while the legal entities and providers named in the customer agreement deliver the underlying account, payment, safeguarding and execution services.

European, UK, US and international payments
Access the payment rails enabled for your company, which may include SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, SWIFT and ACH. Every payment should show the currency, route, provider, fee, limit and expected processing conditions before submission.
Merchant settlement payouts
Eligible merchants may use approved Quppy account details to receive settlement payouts from acquiring banks, payment service providers, payment facilitators and card-acquiring platforms.
Dedicated and virtual account identifiers
Eligible customers may receive a dedicated GB IBAN and, where approved, virtual IBANs that help identify and reconcile incoming payments by customer, provider, store, website, project, market or legal entity.
Fiat currency exchange
Exchange supported fiat currencies and use the resulting balance for eligible operational payments. Review the executed rate, service fee and amount to receive before confirming a conversion.
Business support
Work with a business support team that understands your ownership structure, transaction profile, payment corridors, settlement relationships and required currencies. Dedicated account-management availability is confirmed in your offer.

EUR and SEPA
Use eligible EUR balances with SEPA and SEPA Instant routes. Availability, incoming and outgoing directions, cut-off rules, limits and provider conditions must be displayed for the approved account.
GBP and Faster Payments
Use approved GBP functionality with Faster Payments for eligible UK domestic payments. The account details and payment directions available to your company are stated in your offer.
USD and ACH
Eligible companies may receive USD functionality and ACH access where the approved configuration includes the required US account details and payment use case.
International SWIFT payments
Use SWIFT for eligible international payments in supported currencies. Correspondent or intermediary institutions may deduct charges, and payment timing depends on the route and compliance review.

For SWIFT payments, Quppy must show or explain the available charge option—such as SHA, OUR or BEN—where supported. Third-party deductions may remain outside Quppy’s control.
Account identifiers
Dedicated GB IBAN and virtual IBANs
Eligible Quppy Business customers may receive access to a dedicated GB IBAN and virtual IBANs for approved business-payment and settlement flows. The number of identifiers, supported currencies and permitted uses are determined during onboarding.
What is a dedicated IBAN?
A dedicated IBAN is an account identifier assigned for use by a specific business customer. It may be used for approved commercial payments, client receipts or acquiring settlements, depending on the underlying account and provider configuration.
What is a virtual IBAN?
A virtual IBAN is an identifier linked to an underlying account arrangement. It can help associate an incoming payment with a particular customer, acquiring provider, website, store, project, legal entity, geographical market or payment flow.
Reconcile incoming flows
Virtual IBANs can reduce manual reconciliation by separating approved incoming flows. For example, a merchant may assign different identifiers to acquiring providers or stores, while a holding company may distinguish projects or legal entities.

Merchant settlements
Receive merchant and acquiring settlement payouts
Eligible online and offline merchants can use approved Quppy account details to receive settlement payouts from acquiring banks, payment service providers, payment facilitators and card-acquiring platforms—then hold, exchange or pay out the funds through the approved business account configuration.

What Quppy provides
Quppy provides the connected business experience and access to approved account details that may be used to receive qualifying settlement payouts.
What your acquiring provider handles
Opening a Quppy business payment account does not by itself enable card acceptance. Payment acceptance, authorisation, processing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and rolling reserves are handled under a separate agreement with your acquiring bank, PSP or another acquiring provider.
Multiple acquiring providers
Subject to approval, merchants may receive settlement payouts from more than one acquiring provider. Virtual IBANs may help separate flows by provider, store, website, project or entity.
Acquirer acceptance
Account approval does not guarantee that every acquirer will accept the proposed account details. Confirm the beneficiary country, currency and account identifier with your acquiring provider before changing settlement instructions.

Merchant onboarding information
Merchants may be asked for:
- company and beneficial-owner information
- products or services description
- website or physical-location details
- acquiring agreements
- processing statements
- expected monthly settlement volume
- average and maximum transaction values
- refund and chargeback information
- customer and operating jurisdictions
- settlement currencies
- source-of-funds evidence
Who uses Quppy Business?

Online merchants
Receive approved acquiring settlements, marketplace payouts and e-commerce receipts.
Offline merchants
Receive settlement payouts connected with card payments at physical points of sale through a separate acquiring relationship.

Professional services
Invoice clients in supported currencies and manage eligible outgoing business payments.

Receive and pay across supported payment corridors while reducing unnecessary forced conversion between operating currencies.
Holdings and multi-entity groups
Use virtual identifiers, where approved, to distinguish incoming flows by entity, project, market or provider.
Complex structures
More complex industries, ownership structures, licences or transaction profiles may require enhanced review and additional documentation. Review does not imply approval.
Corporate crypto exchange
Buy and sell supported digital assets from your business account
Eligible companies can access a separate Quppy corporate crypto exchange experience connected with approved EUR, GBP and USD business balances. Review supported assets, exchange directions, rates, fees, limits and provider details before confirming an operation.
Corporate crypto exchange is a separate service with its own eligibility, provider, agreement, fees, limits and risk disclosures. Account approval does not automatically mean crypto-service approval.

Know who provides each service and how your funds are handled

Payment reviews
A payment may be delayed, rejected, restricted or returned where required by applicable law, sanctions obligations, compliance policies, provider requirements, payment-network rules or incomplete or inconsistent information.
Fund treatment
Do not assume that funds held through a payment platform have the same protection as deposits held directly with a bank. The customer agreement must state the entity holding or safeguarding funds and whether any deposit-protection or compensation scheme applies.
Business availability
Applications are reviewed by company, service and jurisdiction
Companies registered inside or outside the European Union may apply, subject to supported jurisdictions, business activity, ownership structure, provider coverage and compliance approval. A willingness to review an application does not imply that the application will be approved.
Currencies, account identifiers, payment rails, settlement capability, transaction limits and crypto services can differ within the same country and must be shown separately.
