What is Quppy Personal?
Quppy Personal is the Quppy experience for individual users—a crypto-friendly financial super app connecting everyday money with digital assets. Eligible users can manage EUR and GBP through a multicurrency IBAN, use supported European and UK payment routes with no Quppy transfer fees, and access separate crypto exchange, crypto wallet and AML risk-checking services from one connected application.
The Quppy IBAN is a fiat account service. Crypto services are separate services with their own providers, terms, fees, limits and eligibility requirements.

EUR and GBP
A crypto-friendly multicurrency IBAN for EUR and GBP
Manage euro and British pound functionality through one connected Quppy experience. The multicurrency IBAN is designed for fiat money, while separate crypto services are available in the wider Quppy app.
EUR functionality
Manage euros and use the supported SEPA Standard and SEPA Instant routes available to your account. All currently available supported EUR transfers have no Quppy transfer fee.
GBP functionality
Manage GBP within the Quppy multicurrency experience, exchange between EUR and GBP, and access supported exchange between GBP and crypto through Quppy’s separate crypto service. Incoming GBP transfers are not currently available.

Use EUR and GBP within the same Quppy multicurrency experience instead of treating each currency as a separate Quppy product.
What makes the Quppy IBAN crypto-friendly?
The Quppy IBAN is used for fiat money in EUR and GBP. Eligible users can also access separate crypto exchange and wallet services through the wider Quppy application, making it easier to move between supported fiat balances and digital assets without managing several unrelated platforms.
Crypto services are not provided by the IBAN itself. They are separate regulated services provided under their own terms, providers, fees, limits and eligibility requirements.
Crypto-friendly means connected, not combined: the fiat IBAN and regulated crypto services are accessible through one Quppy experience but remain distinct services.
Free fiat transfers
Move EUR and GBP with no Quppy transfer fees
All currently available supported fiat transfers in EUR and GBP are free of Quppy transfer fees. Choose the route available to your account and review its direction, limits and processing details before confirming.
SEPA Standard
Use supported standard euro transfer operations with no Quppy transfer fee. Availability, direction, limits and processing times depend on the applicable account and payment provider.
SEPA Instant
Use eligible instant euro transfer operations with no Quppy transfer fee when the route is available for the relevant institutions and customer profile.
Faster Payments
Use supported GBP transfer operations through Faster Payments with no Quppy transfer fee. Incoming GBP transfers are not currently available.
CHAPS
Use supported GBP transfer operations through CHAPS with no Quppy transfer fee. Route availability, direction, cut-off times and limits are shown before confirmation.

Crypto exchange
Access a separate service for exchange between supported fiat currencies and digital assets. Review the available pair, exchange rate, fee, limit and provider before confirming an operation.
Crypto wallet
Manage, send and receive supported digital assets through Quppy crypto wallet services. Current support in applicable markets includes Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON (TRX), USDC and USDT. Available assets, networks and transaction types vary by country and provider. Solana support is coming soon.
AML Quppy Bot
Assess potential risk signals associated with a supported wallet address or blockchain transaction before sending or accepting crypto.
An AML check is a risk assessment. It does not guarantee that an address, transaction or asset is safe, lawful or risk-free.
