What is Quppy Business Crypto Exchange?
Quppy Business Crypto Exchange is a corporate service for eligible legal entities to exchange supported fiat currencies and digital assets. It connects an approved Quppy business payment account with the applicable crypto-service provider, allowing approved fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat operations through one business dashboard.
The available fiat currencies, digital assets, exchange directions, custody or settlement model, provider, fees and limits depend on the company’s jurisdiction and approved service configuration. The service does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.

Buy and sell digital assets from your business account
Use approved Quppy business balances to access the crypto exchange service without treating corporate fiat and digital-asset operations as unrelated workflows. Every operation remains subject to the applicable provider, quote, compliance controls and account configuration.
Fiat-to-crypto
Use an approved EUR, GBP and USD balance to buy a supported digital asset. The interface must show the sell amount, asset to receive, exchange rate, service fee, estimated amount and quote-validity period before confirmation.
Crypto-to-fiat
Sell a supported digital asset into an approved fiat balance. The interface must show the asset amount, fiat currency, rate, fees, estimated proceeds and settlement destination before confirmation.
One connected business dashboard
Review corporate fiat balances, eligible exchange operations and transaction history through Quppy Business. Access rights, user roles and approval controls must reflect the company’s authorised-user configuration.
The initial public page describes fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat exchange. Crypto-to-crypto, payment acceptance, mass payouts, staking, lending, yield and external-wallet transfers are not offered through this service.
How a corporate exchange works
Activate an eligible business configuration

Provide the additional information required for corporate crypto services, which may include the intended use of digital assets, source of funds, expected volumes, counterparties, wallet information, operating jurisdictions and supporting contracts or invoices.

Review the total cost

Corporate compliance
KYB, source of funds and transaction review
Corporate crypto access requires a separate compliance assessment. Approval for the Quppy business payment account does not automatically approve digital-asset exchange.
The assessment may consider

- directors and beneficial owners
- industry and licences
- operating and customer jurisdictions
- intended digital-asset use
- expected fiat and crypto volumes
- source of funds and source of wealth where applicable
- counterparties and wallets
- contracts, invoices or settlement evidence
- historic bank, payment or crypto statements
- sanctions and PEP screening
- Travel Rule information if an operation includes a transfer subject to the rule
- transaction-monitoring and ongoing-review requirements
Transaction review
An exchange, deposit, withdrawal or settlement may be delayed, rejected, restricted or subject to additional information requests where required by law, sanctions obligations, provider policies, liquidity conditions or transaction-monitoring controls.
Companies must notify Quppy of changes to
- ownership or directors
- business model
- products and services
- licences
- domains and applications
- operating jurisdictions
- expected volumes
- source of funds
- intended digital-asset use

- blockchain transactions may be irreversible where external transfers are involved
- unsupported assets or networks may lead to loss
- compliance reviews can delay or prevent processing
- legal and tax treatment varies by jurisdiction
- stablecoins carry issuer, reserve, redemption and de-pegging risk
- service availability can change due to regulation or provider policy
Quppy and the applicable provider do not provide investment, legal or tax advice through the corporate exchange service.
Corporate crypto availability
Availability by company and jurisdiction
Corporate crypto exchange is available only to approved legal entities in supported jurisdictions. Availability depends on company registration, ownership, industry, licences, operating markets, intended use, assets, fiat currencies and the provider serving the configuration.
A digital asset may be available in one jurisdiction and unavailable in another. Check current provider and asset status before submitting an application or transaction.
