Which services does Payhound’s published authorisation cover?

  • Transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
  • Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
  • Custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
  • Exchange of crypto-assets for funds.
  • Exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets.

Only services actually enabled in the user’s Quppy configuration should be described as available. An authorised scope is not the same as a promise that every service or asset is active for every user.

What does this mean for a Quppy user?

The user interacts with the Quppy interface, but the applicable regulated crypto service is performed by Payhound under Payhound’s service terms and regulatory permissions.

  • Payhound can carry out the applicable custody, exchange or transfer service.
  • Provider onboarding, KYC, source-of-funds and other checks can apply.
  • Asset, network and pair availability can differ by country and account.
  • A transaction can be delayed, limited or rejected for security, compliance or legal reasons.
  • Provider terms can prevail for the regulated service.

Does every EEA resident automatically qualify?

No. Availability depends on verified residence, onboarding country, age, sanctions and restricted-jurisdiction rules, provider acceptance, account configuration and any transaction-specific checks.

Submitting information or opening a Quppy profile does not guarantee that a particular crypto service will be activated.

Which assets are available in the EEA?

Current Quppy support includes BTC, ETH, TRX and USDC where available for the account. USDT is not available through Quppy to users under an EEA service configuration. SOL and USDC on Solana are coming soon.

Important:

Do not use Payhound’s broader technical capability or business product catalogue as proof that an asset is live in the Quppy consumer product.

Why is USDT unavailable?

Payhound’s current stablecoin service matrix marks USDT as excluded for EU/EEA clients. Quppy therefore does not make USDT available to users under its EEA provider configuration.

This is a service-availability statement and should not be rewritten as a universal claim that owning USDT is illegal throughout Europe.

Which terms apply?

Current Quppy Terms identify Payhound Limited as a crypto exchange and wallet provider. Users can also be required to accept Payhound’s applicable service agreement or terms before accessing the regulated service.

If Quppy’s Help Center, marketing page and provider agreement differ, the current signed or accepted agreement and applicable law prevail. Conflicting public content must be corrected.

Why is USDT unavailable through Quppy in the EEA?

USDT is not available through Quppy to users whose crypto services are provided under the European Economic Area regulatory framework.
