Payhound Limited is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority as a Financial Institution under the Financial Institutions Act, Chapter 376 of the Laws of Malta, and is licensed and regulated as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), as implemented in Malta by the Markets in Crypto-Assets Act, Chapter 647 of the Laws of Malta. Its authorised crypto-asset services include transfer services, execution of orders, custody and administration, exchange of crypto-assets for funds and exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets.
